Cracked mobile phone screens can be costly to repair without protection. Norton Screen Care provides a cracked phone screen Protection Plan exclusively for our loyal members, at no extra cost.* Members are eligible after a qualifying annual membership has been automatically renewed.

HOW DOES NORTON SCREEN CARE WORK?

1) WE’LL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL

We’ll send you an activation email when you’re eligible* to register your phone for the Protection Plan. You’ll be eligible once your qualifying annual membership has been automatically renewed.

2) REGISTER YOUR PHONE THROUGH THE APP

After you receive the activation email, download the Norton Device Care app on the phone you want screen protection for. Follow instructions to register your phone.

3) REPAIR WHEN YOU WANT, WHERE YOU WANT

Should your phone screen get cracked, repair at a shop of your choice, whenever it’s convenient for you.* No need to mail in your phone or ask for pre-approval to make a repair.

4) SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM HASSLE-FREE

Our Norton Device Care app makes submitting a claim easy. Simply upload your cracked screen repair receipt to make your claim to be reimbursed for the cost of the repair (up to $100 per subscription term, after $25 deductible applied to the original claim amount).** Track your claim status and share where to mail your check, all through the app.

* SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

• As long as you are enrolled in a qualifying auto-renewing subscription, the Protection Plan is provided at no cost to you for a single device and protects against one covered Failure during the term of your subscription. This loyalty offer may be changed or removed at any time.

• You must download the app and register a single device to the Protection Plan within your qualifying subscription term, and at least 60 days prior to the term’s end. Coverage is subject to a 30 day waiting period.

• The Protection Plan coverage is offered by Northcoast Warranty Service, Inc., an affiliate of AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., and will reimburse the cost of repair for registered device screen in the event of a covered Failure. This is not an insurance policy. The Protection Plan specifically excludes coverage for loss, theft, vandalism, water damage (please see complete Norton Screen Care Protection Plan for coverage information and exclusions located in the Norton Device Care App). The Protection Plan is not available or valid in Florida and Wyoming.

• AmTrust’s privacy and other policies will apply to use of the app and to any data collected via the app.

  3) RÉPARER QUAND VOUS VOULEZ, OU VOUS VOULEZ

Si l’écran de votre téléphone se fissure, réparez-le dans le magasin de votre choix, chaque fois que cela vous convient *. Inutile de poster votre téléphone ou de demander l’approbation préalable pour effectuer une réparation.

  4) ENVOYEZ VOTRE RÉCLAMATION SANS FRAISE

Notre application Norton Device Care facilite la soumission d'une réclamation. Téléchargez simplement le reçu de réparation d’écran fissuré pour que le remboursement de votre réclamation soit remboursé (jusqu’à 100 USD par période d’abonnement, après déduction de 25 USD du montant initial de la réclamation). ** Suivez l’état de votre réclamation et indiquez où envoyer votre chèque, tout au long de l'application.
